VISA

Guests traveling from countries outside of Bangladesh are encouraged to verify their visa requirements by visiting the official website (visa.gov.bd). Alternatively, they can reach out to the Conference Help Desk via email at dudsconference@du.ac.bd for assistance in determining visa necessities. It's important to note that all expenses associated with obtaining the visa must be covered by the participant.

INVITATION LETTER

Should attendees require an invitation letter to support their visa application process, they are kindly requested to contact to the following email address without hesitation: dudsconference@du.ac.bd

Participants who need to receive an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa, or raise travel funds, or for administrative purposes should apply for this document by 28 March 2024 at the very latest. Requests received later than this date may not be processed by the embassies.

This invitation is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support. 

A letter of invitation can only be provided for registered participants (paid conference registration). Letters for other persons, e.g. family members, cannot be issued.
